About us
In 1994, in one of Madrid’s more central and traditional commercial areas, in Claudio Coello 61, Carmen Olmos started her journey in the world of hospitality by opening the cafeteria Montenevado. After her success as hotelier, this place changed its name to CarmenBar and became a referent among the people of the area and the passersby. Now also it has incorporated two new spaces, The Wine Cellar and The Courtyard, to expand the offering and host all their friends and clients.

The Garden
In CarmenBar’s lower floor is located the Jardín de Carmen (Carmen’s Garden), a flourishing place in which to have lunch at noon or have a drink after work. Also a place you may reserve for events, birthdays, presentations or any celebration you have pending.
Recommended space for a maximum of 30 people.

A perfect space to enjoy a menu specially designed for a quick and delicious snack.
